What should I do if the item I receive is damaged?
If the item you receive is damaged, please email us a picture of the damaged item and packaging with in 7 days of receipt of the item. We will investigate and contact you with an update on the status of your replacement request.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
If you have not received your order within 7 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us via email. The issue will be investigated, and we will update you on your order status as soon as possible.
